When making a purchase on www.Zhannastar.com you agree to all of these terms. Terms are subject to change.

HANDMADE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

Returns & Refunds

All handmade products are final sale, and no returns are accepted. As these items are crafted by hand upon order, they are unique, and there is no guarantee that they can be resold. For this reason, returns are not possible, as I cannot ensure the product remains in new condition for future customers.

If there is an issue with the product due to an error on my part, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact me at 3zhannastar@gmail.com or use the chat feature to provide your order number and details. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Processing Time

Handmade products require a processing time of 2–7 business days before shipment. During peak holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, processing times may be extended. Typically, most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Shipping 

Shipping times via USPS will vary based on the method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total package weight.

DIGITAL FILES

Seamless Files

All seamless files are available as digital downloads only; no physical product will be shipped. Each seamless digital file is designed for optimal use in fabric printing, wallpaper printing, and similar applications. The files are provided in 12x12 inches at 300 DPI. Please note that many of my digital files are hand-drawn, so some minor imperfections may be present.

PNG Seamless Files

All PNG files are available as digital downloads only; no physical product will be shipped. Each PNG file comes with a transparent background and a resolution of 300 DPI. These files are primarily designed for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, but they are also suitable for use in creating stickers, sublimation prints, panels, and various other applications.

Other Digital Files

www.zhannastar.com also offers a variety of other digital files, including sewing patterns and printable PNGs for crafts, which are featured in my YouTube tutorial videos. Most of these files are available for free use; however, please refrain from reselling or sharing them with others. Instead, kindly direct them to the corresponding YouTube tutorial or provide a link to the blog post where the free PNG files can be accessed.

Processing Time

Digital products will be available for download once your purchase is successfully processed. In some cases, it may take up to two hours for the download link to appear, depending on factors such as internet speed, payment method, and website processing time.

Licensing

All digital files include a standard Small Shop License, allowing you to create an unlimited number of products from each file.

Fabric shops, DTF shops, and sublimation shops do not need to purchase an additional license if the “Whole Shop Access” package has been purchased. This package does not expire and comes with a lifetime warranty.

When purchasing "Whole Shop Access" (organized by the year the files were created), a Google Drive link will be provided. You will need to request access using your email address, and access will be granted within 8 business hours. Google Drive folders will not be deleted, so downloading all files immediately is not required.

However, this is subject to change. If the Google Drive folders are ever scheduled for removal, you will be notified via the email you used to request access, and you will have 30 days to download all files.

Other Important Information

I truly appreciate all the support for my small shop, and I kindly ask that you respect the time, effort, and creativity that goes into each design.

Usage Guidelines for Digital Files:

  • Digital files may not be shared for free with family, friends, or others.

  • Do not copy, trace, or claim the digital files as your own.

  • Digital files are not for resale in any digital format.

  • Digital files may not be uploaded to print-on-demand or design platforms as your own work (examples include Canva, Creative Fabrica, Spoonflower, etc.).

  • You may send the files to overseas manufacturers or upload them to production websites only for the purpose of creating physical products for resale or personal use.
