Returns & Refunds
NO returns allowed. All digital products cannot be returned. Physical handmade products are non returnable. IF there was an issue with the product, or wrong product was shipped out please e-mail support@zhannastar.com or click chat button and leave your order number and information.
Problems must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Processing Time
Digital Products are downloadable right after the purchase goes through. It can take up to 2 hours to download. Physical handmade products processing time is 3-7 business days and than the product ships. Shipping will depend on what shipping upgrade was chosen at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is determined at checkout. It is shipped by weight.
